Description
A Macebell is a training mace that originated as a weapon of war in Hindu culture, where it was known as the Gada. Originally made from a bamboo stick and a mace head of iron and steel, today they are used as training tools and are known as macebells, training maces, or training hammers. They are made of steel, and the weight distribution is uneven, with most of the weight concentrated in the mace head.
What is macebell training for?
It is used to develop rotational power, primarily through two basic movements: the 360º Swing and the 300º Swing. Training with Hypefit macebells helps improve mobility, core stability (targeting core muscles such as abs, lower back, pelvis, glutes, and spinal musculature), and grip strength.
