Return Conditions
Within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, you may return it without providing any justification by notifying us via email at info@hypefit.es.
In this case, the user will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the product has been received and its condition confirmed, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Returned items must not show signs of use or tampering. The product must be returned in optimal condition along with all accessories, instruction manuals, and original packaging. Once inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within up to 14 calendar days.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect (we apologize in advance), we will cover the cost of the return and the shipment of a replacement as soon as possible. Please contact us at info@hypefit.es.
Return Exceptions
Custom-made structures or personalized items cannot be returned.
This right of return is granted in addition to the legally established rights for consumers and users under current legislation, in the event of non-conformity with the contract.
Shipping Damage During Transport
Claims for damage during shipping must be made within 24 hours of delivery if the damage is not externally visible. If the damage is visible upon delivery, the claim must be made directly to the courier. Please note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us to file the claim.
